- Am I guaranteed my requested size?
- DOS will do their best to accommodate your sizing request. We do have a limited stock of samples on hand so some styles may not be available in your size. That being said, you will be mailed clips so you can clip the gown for the perfect fit, just like they would be in a bridal salon!
- How much does it cost?
- To have the samples sent to you, it is $50 nonrefundable deposit per style (+ $50 roundtrip shipping). If you are interested in 4 or more styles check out our “Bride Box”. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $175 shipping cost.
- What does the cost of the deposit go towards?

- If you’ve found ‘the one’ the cost of the samples, excluding shipping, will be applied to your Made to Order gown purchased directly through DOS. Deposit credit is only applicable towards bridal gowns purchased directly through www.daughtersofsimone.com. Deposit credit not applicable towards purchases elsewhere, other websites, or stores. Deposit credit not applicable towards ready to wear items, accessories, gifts or other DOS products or services.
A DOS representative will provide you with a custom coupon code to apply at checkout.

- How long does it take for my sample(s) to arrive, after I place my order?
- For domestic orders, shipping may take 1-5 business days depending on location in the continental united states. For Hawaii and Alaska, shipments will take 7 business days. Orders to Canada will take 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped from California.
- How long to do I get to keep my Samples?
- Samples can be kept for 3 days. Please use the enclosed shipping label to return the gowns within 3 business days
- How do I ship back/return my samples?
- For domestic shipments, Attach the included return label to the box and drop off at any Fedex affiliated ship center. For orders sent to Canada, attach the included return label to the box and arrange pick-up with DHL.
- *Please be sure to include all box items and accessories in return.

- If the gowns are not shipped back within 3 business days you are subject to being charged the retail cost of each style Charges will be applied on the original payment method.
- What is your duties & customs policy?
- DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES COME AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RECEIVER’S CUSTOMS AGENCY. ALL FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO, AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER/CUSTOMER.

*We do offer our ‘request a sample’ program through all of our stockiest world wide. If you plan on attending one of our stockiest you might consider placing your ‘request a sample’ through them directly. Should you need further assistance with this please contact the store directly or we can coordinate for you via dos@daughtersofsimone.com. This will ENSURE YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR PURCHASE with that store. DEPOSIT is NOT TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN DOS DIRECT AND STORE LOCATIONS.
